The Objective: To develop a marketing tool that not only positioned AG’s expertise but kept existing and prospective clients informed of industry trends and AG’s role in shaping senior and multi-unit living.
The CDC Solution: The new site reflects the design capability and expertise of the AG team. CDC started with the discovery process. We reviewed competing firms, conducted client interviews and met with the AG leadership team. CDC started with the discovery process. We reviewed competing firms, conducted client interviews and met with the AG leadership team. CDC uncovered the need for the site to serve as a component in a lead generation system. The site features main category landing pages for each area of expertise. Each of these landing pages features blog posts from staff experts keeping visitors informed of innovations relating to their type of project. The blog is also utilized to easily update any changes in staff. Email marketing is used to drive users back to the site, where advanced reporting can be used to follow up on leads. Blog posts automatically push content to social media keeping followers informed. An engaging “Our Collaborative Process” engaged visitors while communicating AG’s unique approach to architecture.
The Results: AG now has a web-based marketing and lead generation system. The site is updated frequently and content is pushed to social media. Email marketing drives site visits and robust reporting supports follow-up on leads and opportunities. AG is also able to track opportunities and engage more of the staff in lead generation and relationship building.
